Job summary

Everon in Florida is seeking a Contract/PMA Sales Representative to grow recurring service and monitoring sales for life safety systems. You will convert projects into service agreements, perform surveys, and develop proposals to drive a strong pipeline.

The role requires outstanding prospecting skills, high activity, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver service solutions and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or 3–5 years professional experience in high-volume sales.
• Outside sales and cold calling experience
• Proven track record of selling a service or intangible with strong prospecting ability
• Excellent customer service, thoroughness and self-motivation
• Strong work ethic, competitive spirit, action oriented and positive results
• Organized and detail oriented, able to read and interpret safety-related documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by solving needs of existing and new clients
• Perform cold calls and outside sales to generate new opportunities
• Conduct surveys to develop proposals for customers
• Create service agreement proposals including testing, inspections, maintenance
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers and management
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and services offered
• Review reports with service teams to quantify repair proposals
• Collaborate with internal departments to align job scopes with client needs
• Attract new customers through field sales, phone sales, and direct marketing
• Support marketing initiatives and develop sales plans
• Demonstrate understanding of company services to customers
