Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking PLI Technicians to support the U.S. West Region.

The role involves field and traveling work, with 90% time in the field and 10% at the home division location. You will perform direct assessment of pipe conditions, coatings, and NDE, and prepare integrity reports for clients. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, relevant NDE certifications, and a willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Experience in pipeline integrity or maintenance roles beneficial.
• Current NDE certifications strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Adherence to procedures and specifications, including reports.
• Perform direct assessment of pipe condition and coatings.
• Assess pipe for cracks, corrosion, deformation, and manufacturing anomalies.
• Correlate as-found features to ILI logs and reports.
• Conduct fit-for-service evaluations per ASME B31.3 and RSTRENG.
• Perform hazard assessments before work and follow safety procedures.
• Calibrate and set up NDE equipment.
• Prepare and deliver pipeline integrity reports to clients.
