EcoShield Pest Solutions in Nashville is hiring a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored options, and build lasting relationships for long-term value.

The role requires 6+ months of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks. The position includes paid benefits, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions with earnings typically between $60k and $90k.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and make proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and pursue sales leads within the branch and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle in line with policy.
