Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel frequently within the territory. Base pay is hourly with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
