Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to grow the business. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and proposing pest control solutions.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to close sales, develop proposals, and ensure high-quality service installations.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills required.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Inspect homes for pests and assess needs to recommend services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete sales CRM entries and follow up on past proposals to close deals.
