Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership seeks a proactive Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management services. You will assess homes, consult with customers, and propose solutions that protect homes and families while driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with service teams and management, maintain detailed CRM records, and travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and service engagements.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share insights with team.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
