Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You’ll represent our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and present tailored pest control solutions to protect homes and families.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions with Year 1 on-target earnings of $60,000+ and top earners over $100,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clear understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations.
• Record daily activities and sales in the CRM.
