Western Exterminator Company is recruiting Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers across the local market. You will be the face of our national brand, assessing client needs and delivering tailored pest solutions to protect homes and families.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales-driven growth, and collaboration with service teams. Expect regular travel within your territory and a commitment to safe, effective pest control practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and offer pest control solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagram using CRM to ensure clear understanding of client home.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality results.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in CRM.
