PPG is seeking a Performance Specialist in New York to optimize operations, drive productivity, and improve profitability for designated customers. You will partner with sales, leadership, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals and complete required compliance training.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and a driver’s license for travel.

Formación

• 3+ years of related experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong collaboration and communication across organizational levels.
• Analytical, organizational, administrative and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP usage.
• Willingness to travel and drive; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Be primary contact for PPG CDN, MSO locations and strategic customers.
• Focus on retention, growth and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, leadership and distribution to align goals.
• Complete Workday training and maintain compliance.
• Conduct KPI reviews and develop action plans.
• Identify workflow constraints to boost productivity and profitability.
• Explain FAVR program benefits and vehicle-reimbursement options.
