Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc is seeking a Performance Specialist to drive measurable operational improvements, productivity, and profitability across assigned customers. You will partner with collision center leadership to deliver performance-based solutions that strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.

You will report to the Collision Performance Manager and collaborate with sales, leadership, and distribution teams to align efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvements.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
• Focus on retention, growth, and performance improvement for main accounts.
• Partner with sales, leadership, and distribution to align service with strategic goals.
• Complete all required Workday corporate training and maintain compliance.
• Keep learning, certifications, and compliance modules current.
• Conduct KPI and performance reviews with important customers.
• Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and metrics.
• Observe shop workflows and identify constraints to improve productivity or profitability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor linking improvements to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, Strategic Account Manager, and distribution to ensure aligned messaging.
