PPG Industries is seeking a Performance Specialist to drive measurable operational improvements, productivity, and profitability for assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will report to the Collision Performance Manager and serve as a trusted partner in delivering data-driven solutions that strengthen relationships and loyalty.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education/experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or sales support.
• Clear, collaborative communication across all levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
• MS Office and CRM/ERP familiarity.
• Travel required with monthly vehicle reimbursement.

• Serve as primary contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
• Focus on retention, growth, and performance improvement of key accounts.

• Conduct KPI and performance reviews with important customers.
