Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Field Patching Crew Member – Central Region to contribute to finishing concrete panels and performing patching and general labor tasks.

The role demands experience in construction or concrete finishing, ability to travel extensively, and strict adherence to safety policies while working with a crew across multiple sites. Overtime opportunities accompany permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely work at heights, including from ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Ability to obtain membership in a local union.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor necessary to finish precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
