Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member – Central Region for a permanent full-time role. The position involves concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor on precast panels, with safety and teamwork at the core of daily tasks.

You will work on-site, follow directions from the Patching Crew Foreperson, and contribute to completing tasks efficiently while maintaining professional conduct with the crew and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (50%+), overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor to finish precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
