Job summary

Fabcon in the Central Region is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member to perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction tasks on precast panels. This permanent/full-time role runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities and travel as needed.

You will execute tasks safely, follow foreperson directions, and work with the crew to complete assignments efficiently, using supplies responsibly while adhering to safety policies on site.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor necessary to finish precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
