Job summary

Fabcon in the Central Region is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member to perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor on precast panels. You will work as part of a crew under the foreperson, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor to finish precast panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other personnel.
