Fabcon is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member for the Central Region. This permanent/full-time role runs from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, performing concrete finishing, patching, and general construction tasks to finish precast panels.

Work involves safe task execution, following foreperson directions, and collaborating with crew members in an outdoor, industrial setting. Education and experience requirements emphasize concrete work and mobility across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.

Aufgaben

• Perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor necessary to finish precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a patching crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
