Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Patching Crew Member for the Central Region to join a dedicated crew finishing precast concrete panels. The role runs permanent full-time with a 7:00 am–5:00 pm shift, Monday through Friday.

You will perform concrete finishing, patching, and general construction labor efficiently and safely as part of a patching crew, reporting to the Foreperson and collaborating with others on site.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; concrete finishing experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; 2+ years of construction labor preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions, safety rules, and jobsite requirements.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete panels through patching and general labor.
• Perform tasks safely and efficiently as a patching crew member.
• Follow directions from the Patching Crew Foreperson.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment responsibly.
• Maintain professional conduct with crew and jobsite personnel.
