Job summary

Ace Industries, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to provide on-site service for hoist and crane equipment. You will troubleshoot, install, inspect and repair systems while maintaining high professional standards and customer trust.

Role demands strong electrical skills, safety compliance, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance and urgent repairs in a dynamic field environment. Local travel and 24/7 service availability are expected.

Qualifications

Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits (AC/DC) and single/three-phase systems.
Experience with OSHA/ANSI standards and field service safety.
Ability to read schematics and perform inspections on overhead cranes.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists, below the hook devices and other lifting devices.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
Support customers by interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers.
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques.
