Frank Gay Commercial Services in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will canvass, network, and build relationships with local businesses to deliver our commercial service solutions.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 per year plus uncapped monthly commissions, a $960 monthly car allowance, benefits, paid holidays and vacation, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience Required.
• Commercial B2B Sales Experience Preferred.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical sales experience preferred.
• Experience with conducting meetings and site walks.
• Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and Driver's License check.

Responsibilities

• Business canvassing and prospecting to identify leads.
• Networking and relationship building with contractors and local businesses.
• Lead generation and qualification using CRM to manage follow-ups.
• Sales presentations and on-site consultations to present solutions.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to hit targets.
• Follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
