Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Florida region. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, manage activities in the CRM, and close new business while meeting weekly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; 1+ year sales experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within territory; develop new business.
• Utilize CRM to manage activities and drive sales.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
• Provide hands-on product demonstrations and negotiations with customers.
