Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer I/II to design and engineer fiber and copper OSP networks. You will drive projects in the field and office, coordinating with customers and utilities while applying sound engineering practices.

The role involves on-site field work in Brookville, PA and occasional travel. A degree in engineering and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred, with CAD tools and strong communication skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years professional level experience in engineering/technical roles.
• Experience with fieldwork and coordination with agencies or utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engineer/design outside plant facilities including fiber and copper.
• Assist in planning, analysis, design and engineering of outside plant networks.
• Lead complex field and office activities to develop and maintain OSP projects.
• Communicate effectively to build stakeholder relationships and drive projects to completion.
• Travel up to 25% for site work and coordination.
