Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Community Engagement Liaison based in Washington to build partnerships with healthcare providers, community agencies, and other local partners. The role requires regular regional travel (3–4 days per week in the community) and a home-based remote office for administrative work.

You will lead outreach in assigned areas, develop enrollment strategies, present at meetings, track effectiveness, and collaborate with state teams to create 6–12 month statewide plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach, business development/sales, or referral management in healthcare or hospitals
• Strong account management with history of growth through partner engagement
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Google Workspace
• Current driver’s license, reliable auto insurance, and transportation
• Excellent oral and written communication with public speaking skills
• Ability to work autonomously and uphold high ethical standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach to develop and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
• Coordinate enrollment efforts for targeted regions and track outreach to encourage referrals
• Lead and present marketing presentations in meetings, in-person and virtual
• Evaluate and track effectiveness of outreach activities
• Identify leads for service expansion and develop area strategies
• Maintain relationships with referral partner accounts and community resources
• Assist with outreach and education about Boulder Care’s services
• Meet or exceed productivity and enrollment targets
• Complete documentation and follow-up within 48 hours of activities
• Plan, track, and document activities; participate in weekly state-team meetings
• Coordinate with regional teams to align resources and create statewide plans (6–12 months)
