Job summary

Greater Goals ABA Corp is seeking a Field Outreach & Partnership Representative in Georgia. The role involves field-based outreach to schools, pediatricians, and community centers to establish and sustain partnerships that drive access to care for children.

You will conduct 12–15 in-person visits weekly and convert leads into active services, collaborating with intake to maintain a healthy pipeline and ensuring clear communication between the field and HQ.

Qualifications

• Background in outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience running a referral or sales pipeline with measurable results.
• Ability to manage own schedule with discipline.

Responsibilities

• 12–15 in-person visits with 8–10 substantive referral conversations.
• Move new client leads from first contact to active service.
• Work closely with intake to keep pipeline accurate and moving.
• Support staffing needs and maintain fieldHQ communication.
• Build lasting relationships with schools, physicians, and community orgs.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and pipeline progress.
