Greater Goals ABA Corp is seeking an Outreach & Growth Representative in Macon, Georgia. In this role, you'll help connect families with essential services by managing client intakes and fostering relationships with community partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the autism/behavioral health community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit new clients to intake teams and monitor the pipeline.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases as liaison.
• Build relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Report on outreach activity and conversion metrics.

Skills

Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition

Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of ABA services
