Job summary

Greater Goals ABA Corp seeks a Growth & Community Engagement Manager to build relationships with schools, doctors, and community organizations, guiding families to the care they need. You will manage 12–15 in-person visits weekly and drive the referral pipeline from first contact to service activation.

In this field-based role, you’ll partner with intake teams, support RBT/BCBA staffing, and report weekly on outreach progress, with a base salary plus commission and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing a referral or sales pipeline.
• Ability to run your own schedule with discipline and accountability.
• Strong trust-building and follow-through in communications.
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 12–15 in-person visits, aiming for 8–10 meaningful referral conversations.
• Guiding new client leads from first contact through active service.
• Partnering with intake teams to keep the pipeline moving accurately.
• Supporting RBT/BCBA staffing and bridging field-to-HQ communication.
• Cultivating long-term partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations.
• Reporting weekly on outreach wins and pipeline progress.
