Optima Medical Management Group is seeking a results-driven field enrollment specialist to drive outreach and enrollment into ECM & CS programs across communities. You will build rapport, qualify prospects, and secure wins for individuals and the community.

You will manage referrals, maintain CRM data, and report on metrics to optimize strategy. A strong communicator with bilingual Spanish skills is valued, along with a valid CA driver’s license and tech proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; direct outreach or sales experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills, empathy, and ability to guide individuals through enrollment.
• Experience with community engagement and field work is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enrollment & Conversion: enroll new members into ECM & CS programs from outreach to onboarding.
• Generate Leads & Build Your Pipeline: canvass communities to identify and engage potential members.
• Qualify Prospects with Precision: apply DHCS criteria to assess eligibility for services.
• Build a High-Value Referral Network: develop relationships with partner agencies and community leaders.
• Maintain Your CRM & Report on Metrics: track interactions, conversions, and progress in systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
