Job summary

Healthcare Outreach & Enrollment Services seeks a CSR 1 - Case Services and Outreach to join the Field Operations team in California. You will conduct face-to-face outreach, provide enrollment broker services, and help beneficiaries with enrollment and disenrollment, including exemptions and waivers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to enrollment documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the local community.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Typing 20+ WPM and strong communication.
• Valid CA driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outreach and provide enrollment broker services to beneficiaries.
• Present Managed Care Options and help beneficiaries understand and use their plans.
• Assist with enrollment and disenrollment, including exemptions and waivers.
• Maintain accurate daily CRM documentation and transmit data per policy.
• Support field operations, assist other staff, and help train new team members.
