Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Project Control Engineer II, Field Outage Services to support sales proposals, cost estimates, and high-level scheduling for outage projects. The role requires proficiency with cost estimating tools, strong organization, and ability to travel overnight as needed.

You will develop outage schedules, estimate durations and costs, and assist in customer proposals, collaborating with Commercial Operations and Sales to ensure accurate, timely bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical documents.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level outage schedules for Field Services projects.
• Estimate outage duration and costs using cost estimating software.
• Maintain proficiency with cost estimating software and templates.
• Coordinate pre-outage planning activities and schedule development.
• Assist Commercial Operations and Sales with customer proposals.
• Conduct site walkdowns for complex scopes when required.
