Job summary

CBRE is seeking an OT Field Technician to deliver on-site operational technology support across CBRE-managed facilities in the New York area. You will serve as the primary contact for incident resolution, system maintenance, and client-facing technical guidance, with hands-on workstations, printers, and OT devices.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and mobile platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and VPN tools.
• ITIL methodology and service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 OT system support at client sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot OT workstations, printers, wireless devices, and peripherals.
• Perform basic networking tasks and assist with deployments.
• Travel to client locations for in-person coverage as needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the service management system.
