You will handle complex hardware installations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability in a fast-paced environment. The role includes leading infrastructure deployments, office/site rollouts, and construction-related technology projects within the Manhattan corporate office.

Qualifications

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience leading infrastructure deployments and office/site rollouts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware and cable installations including testing.
• Perform remote hands support and component swaps.
• Manage small to medium projects like space planning and cabling.
• Document all deployed devices in the asset management system (CMDB).
• Prepare shipments and verify packing lists against purchases.
• Support service management by updating tickets and assisting with access controls.
• Assist with physical audits and enter findings into infrastructure management systems.
• Provide assistance during Power Maintenance Events.
