Job summary

Pella Carolina is seeking an Order Verification (OV) Specialist to join our Charleston, SC team. The OV Specialist will ensure timely completion of the order verification process, gathering correct site and product requirements and clearly communicating installation steps to set realistic expectations for customers.

This role may assist with installation recovery work and aims to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related education/ experience in building materials or construction.
• High School graduate required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the Order Verification Process.
• Ensure timely execution of the Order Verification process.
• Communicate effectively with customers as a professional Pella representative on job-sites.
• Set realistic homeowner expectations for the installation process.
• Record accurate measurements and assist with site inspections as needed.
