Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of NJ and NY is seeking a Measure Technician (Order Verification Specialist) to support Northern NJ and Orange County NY. You will gather accurate job-site and product requirements, communicate installation steps to homeowners, and assure realistic expectations throughout the order verification process.

This full-time onsite role runs Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm with a broad benefits package and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High-School Diploma or GED, AA/Technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• General construction applications knowledge and terminology.
• Power tools experience required (table saw, circular/miter saw, nail gun, drill).
• Remodeling/window and door replacement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely execution of the Order Verification process.
• Take and record accurate measurements at job sites.
• Communicate installation processes to homeowners to set expectations.
• Perform job-site inspections for water intrusion, rot, mold, and other issues.
• Ensure safety rules are followed during verification.
• Collaborate with sales team and installers to ensure order fulfillment.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and travel to job sites as needed.
