Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of field-based, B2B sales or optical retail with revenue targets.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Daily in-person customer visits with約 30-50% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales objectives through consultative selling with new, potential, and established accounts.
• Manage a book of existing business including top ABB customers and deliver targeted messages with appropriate call frequency.
• Develop territory revenues by expanding existing accounts and cold calling new prospects.
• Cross-sell across multiple product lines to increase revenue and meet sales goals.
• Negotiate customer contracts and terms to define ABB-Customer relationships.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align products and services with account needs.
• Build relationships with key staff and deliver product/service trainings as appropriate.
• Track customer activity in CRM (HubSpot) and coordinate marketing promotions.
• Collaborate with Lab and Business Solutions teams to achieve objectives.
• Maintain pricing policy, clear communication of promotions, and market updates.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities; plan weekly calls with decision makers.
