Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of field-based B2B sales experience or 3+ years in optical retail with sales targets.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient with Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales objectives through face-to-face meetings with accounts.
• Manage a book of accounts including top ABB customers and expand revenue.
• Develop territory business plans and call coverage with defined zones.
• Cross-sell across product lines to increase revenue and meet goals.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and adherence to policies.
