Brilar LLC in Michigan is seeking a decisive Branch Operations Manager to lead commercial landscape and snow operations from planning through execution. This hands-on leadership role will translate contracts, scopes, and budgets into actionable labor plans, crew schedules, and field priorities.

You will drive pre-production through closeout, monitor hours and profitability, and build safe, high-quality field results while developing field managers and aligning assets, schedules, and service

Qualifications

5+ years of management-level experience in landscape maintenance, snow operations, or related fields.
Strong ability to translate contracts, scopes, budgets into actionable labor plans and field schedules.
Proven track record of leading multiple crews and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Own branch production planning and field execution for landscape and snow operations.
Translate contracts and service expectations into labor plans, crews, equipment, and materials.
Manage projects from pre-production planning through closeout, tracking hours, progress, and profitability.
Lead safety and training initiatives for field leaders and crews.
