Brilar LLC in Michigan is seeking a decisive Branch Operations Manager to lead commercial landscape and snow operations from planning through execution. This hands-on leadership and project management role translates contracts, scopes, and service expectations into clear labor plans, crew schedules, equipment needs, and field priorities to deliver safe, profitable results.

You will coach field managers, align people and assets, monitor hours and profitability, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of management-level experience in landscape and snow operations.
Proven ability to plan labor, crews, and equipment for field work.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field-operational systems.

Responsibilities

Own branch production planning and field execution for landscape and snow operations.
Translate contracts and service expectations into labor plans and crew schedules.
Manage projects from planning through closeout, tracking costs and profitability.
Develop snow response plans and optimize staffing and equipment readiness.
Lead field managers, drive safety, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Branch Manager on long-range operating plans and improvements.
