Job summary

Premier Service in Crete, IL, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead landscape and snow crews, drive service quality, and improve operational efficiency. You will partner with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, safety, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong landscaping knowledge and a track record of building high-performing teams, ensuring crews are equipped and workflows optimized across all seasons.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture.
• Experience in snow operations is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License required (must meet insurability guidelines).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including seasonal weekend availability.
