Job summary

Brightcore Energy seeks a hands-on Drilling Support Technician to assist with mobilization, drilling mud mixing, pipe handling, and operation of auxiliary equipment across multiple project sites. The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, outdoor work, and strong safety practices.

Ideal candidates have a CDL, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel up to 90% with occasional overnight stays. Benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and/or GED or higher.
• Must have an active CDL with a clean driving record for at least five years.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Must have an OSHA 30; SST and Flagger certification strongly preferred.
• Willingness to engage in physical labor and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and demobilize equipment.
• Mix drilling mud and grout.
• Handle drill pipe and casing.
• Operate auxiliary equipment between projects.
• Load/unload equipment and materials.
• Travel to job sites and work in multiple states.
• Follow safety and quality regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
