Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead – Field Clinical Operations to oversee a portfolio of SNFs, drive smooth day-to-day operations, and lead the FCC team across regions.

This hands-on role requires travel and close collaboration with Sales, Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, and Leadership. You will install and validate RPM devices, train facility staff, and ensure SOPs, HIPAA compliance, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant certification is required.
• 3–5+ years in clinical operations, healthcare tech, or related field.
• Experience with SNFs, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and lead field/clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams across SNFs, coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate device installations, training, and diagnostics in facilities.
• Ensure SOP compliance, HIPAA safety, and quality standards.
• Manage field scheduling, travel, and resource allocation.
