Job summary

Dozee Health AI, a leader in contactless Remote Patient Monitoring, seeks an Operations Lead to manage a portfolio of SNFs and coach field teams across the region.

You will oversee device installation, training, and field support, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with Sales, Clinical Operations, Product, and Leadership to deliver reliable patient care while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification – at least one required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare tech.
• Experience in SNFs or long-term/post-acute care preferred.
• Experience leading or coordinating field/clinical teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a portfolio of assigned SNFs with day-to-day operations and customer engagement.
• Lead, coach, and support FCCs across the region to ensure deployment of field resources and SOP adherence.
• Oversee RPM device installation, configuration, training, troubleshooting, and field support.
• Plan installation schedules, travel, and logistics; allocate FCC resources across facilities.
• Ensure HIPAA, safety, and quality compliance; document installations and audits.
