Dozee is seeking an Operations Lead to manage and coach FCCs, overseeing a portfolio of SNFs and ensuring seamless installation, training, and ongoing support across multiple regions.

The role demands hands‑on field leadership, extensive nationwide travel, and close collaboration with Sales, Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure SOP adherence, quality, and scalable field operations.

Qualifications

  • CNA, Paramedic, or MA certification required.
  • 3–5+ years in clinical operations, medical devices, healthcare technology, or related healthcare environment.
  • Experience working in SNFs, long‑term care, home health, or post‑acute care preferred.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating field/clinical teams preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with healthcare technology, medical devices, RPM, or connected‑care solutions is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support FCCs across assigned regions; onboard and develop new FCC hires.
  • Support RPM device installation, configuration, setup, and validation at customer facilities; train staff.
  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules, field visits, travel, and logistics; allocate FCC resources.
  • Ensure HIPAA, safety, infection-control, and SOP compliance; document installations and service activities.
  • Engage with SNF administrators and clinical teams; build strong customer relationships; address field concerns.
  • Track regional field operations metrics and drive continuous improvement.
