The Budd Group is seeking an Assistant Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations across 4–6 local sites in Laurens, SC. You will supervise cleaning staff and on-site lead supervisors to ensure outstanding service.

Responsibilities include quality control audits, labor tracking, budgeting, safety compliance, and staff onboarding. A 3–5 year supervisory background in janitorial ops is required, along with a valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office and Gmail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial operations.
• Experience managing dispersed multi-site field teams.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) & Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 4 to 6 local sites.
• Direct janitorial staff; train, coach, and motivate on-site leads.
• Act as primary contact for school admins to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform quality control audits to exceed sanitation standards.
• Manage labor hours, expenses, and equipment budgets.
• Enforce safety, chemical handling, and environmental rules.
• Maintain personnel records; plan staffing and onboarding.
