Qualifications

• 1–3 years janitorial/cleaning experience with proven leadership skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cleaning Team to ensure daily duties are completed to high standards.
• Hands-on cleaning and support tasks alongside the crew (trash removal, dusting, restroom care, vacuuming).
• Perform quality inspections and coordinate with management on projects.
