Job summary

The Budd Group in Laurens, SC is seeking an Assistant Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations across 4–6 local sites. You will supervise cleaning staff, coach on-site leaders, and ensure customer satisfaction with proactive quality checks.

This role requires 3–5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office and Gmail. A BA/BS is preferred or equivalent field experience, with a 2nd shift focus and occasional events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in janitorial operations or facilities management.
• Experience managing multi-site field teams.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record; proficient in MS Office & Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 4 to 6 local sites.
• Direct daily janitorial operations and supervise, train, coach staff and on-site leads.
• Serve as primary contact for school administrators and site leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular quality control audits and inspections to maintain sanitation standards.
• Manage workflows, track labor hours, control expenses, and maintain inventory budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and environmental procedures; maintain personnel records and staffing plans.
