Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Account Manager to lead operations across six schools and two district facilities in Prosperity, SC. You will supervise about 40 staff across 1st and 2nd shifts, and serve as the brand ambassador to principals and district leaders.

Responsibilities include site audits, inventory and budget management, recruitment, OSHA safety compliance, and strong leadership to drive service excellence in a 100% on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• 2–5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Commute within 30 minutes of site boundaries.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with school principals and district leaders as our brand ambassador.
• Conduct routine site audits to ensure clean, safe environments that meet or exceed standards.
• Manage supply inventory, labor hours, and budgets as Janitorial Operations Manager.
• Oversee site recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and OSHA safety compliance.

Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 per year + company vehicle, phone, and laptop

100% On-Site | HWY 76, Prosperity, SC 29127 (Local travel across 6 schools and 2 district facilities)

Schedule

Primary 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; flexibility required for occasional 2nd shift coverage)

Requirements

• Conduct routine site audits to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming facility environments that exceed contract standards.

• Manage supply inventory, labor hours, and budgets as an effective Janitorial Operations Manager.

• Oversee site recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and safety compliance (OSHA).

What You Bring To The Team

• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

• 2–5+ years of supervisory or management experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, operations, logistics, or facilities). Direct janitorial experience is a plus, but not required!

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record to operate a company vehicle.
