Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial engineering or InfoSec (OT cybersecurity exposure)
• Active Secret clearance (or higher)
• Deep knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
• Linux skills with CLI, CENTOS, scripting (Python/Shell), SIEMs
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform for ICS/OT security operations
• Design network architecture, plan sensor placement and deployment strategies with client teams
• Lead deployments onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless setup and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineering escalation as needed
• Manage upgrades, patches, and config changes for peak performance
• Collaborate with Dragos Intelligence and Services teams on investigations
• Create clear technical documentation for customers and internal teams
