Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a skilled security engineer to act as a trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform for ICs/OT security operations. You will design network architectures, plan sensor placements, and lead deployments onsite and remotely.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with engineering for escalations, manage upgrades and patches, and collaborate on investigations with Dragos Intelligence and Services. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (or higher) required.
• Deep networking knowledge: IP networks, OSI, Purdue model.
• Strong Linux skills (CLI) and scripting (Python, Shell).
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform for ICs/OT security operations.
• Partner with client teams to design network architecture and deployment strategies.
• Lead deployments onsite and remotely with seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot, provide break/fix support, and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to keep systems healthy.
• Collaborate with Dragos Intelligence and Services on investigations and projects.
• Create technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
