Job summary

Bird is seeking a Street Team Associate in Atlanta to support operations and logistics with fleet deployment and on-ground coordination.

You’ll be the face of our operations, ensuring vehicle organization, rider engagement, and compliance with city regulations while working outdoors and on foot. The role focuses on timely parking, education for riders, and reporting field issues to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field operations, customer service, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with micromobility or transportation systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Organization & Rebalancing: Ensure designated parking zones remain clear and compliant, tidy mis-parked vehicles, rebalance out-of-nest vehicles.
• Rider Engagement & Education: Interact with riders in the field to provide support and educate on proper parking behavior.
• Maintenance Monitoring & Reporting: Identify and report minor maintenance or operational issues in the field.
• Data Collection & Field Insights: Collect data on parking patterns and rider behavior; provide feedback for improvement.
