Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Pumper and gas-lift experience; ESP and plunger-lift operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily operational objectives and maintain high standards for safety and environmental compliance.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings.
• Continuously monitor wells and equipment to identify and implement corrective actions for safe, reliable operations.
• Monitor production rates and evaluate well-producing problems.
• Ensure well diagnostics are thorough before requesting Well Work.
