Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Experience as Lease Operator in field environments.
• Experience supporting maintenance: corrective, predictive, and preventive.
• Identify well/equipment issues and ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Support wells and equipment through surveillance and monitoring.
• Coordinate maintenance activities including corrective, predictive, and preventive work.
• Contribute to safe, reliable production and emergency response.
• Communicate across operations teams.
